Greg Renker is a founding member of the leading direct response trade organization, the Electronic Retailing Association. He served as the first chairman of the ERA’s Executive Committee/Board of Directors and now serves as Chairman Emeritus. In 2004, he received ERA’s Lifetime Achievement Award.
Greg has been honored with numerous industry awards for his contributions to the direct marketing sector. Advertising Age magazine has named him to its “Marketing 100″ list for his leadership in the direct response television industry. He has been spotlighted by Fortune magazine on its list of “America’s Smartest Young Entrepreneurs” and also was honored as one of Inc. Magazine’s Regional Entrepreneurs of the Year. Renker also appeared on “Good Morning America”, “CBS This Morning”, “NBC Nightly News”, “60 Minutes”, and “20/20.”

In 2012, Greg received the prestigious Horatio Alger Award for Distinguished Americans, an accolade given to individuals whose courage and determination allowed them to overcome early challenges and achieve great success in their respected fields. In 2013, Greg was inducted as part of the inaugural class in to the Direct Response Hall of Fame, honoring his pioneering work with Bill Guthy in the direct marketing industry.
In addition to Greg’s success as a marketing professional and entrepreneur, he is also a well-known philanthropist. Deeply involved in his local community, Greg serves on the board of directors and is vice chairman of the Eisenhower Medical Center in Rancho Mirage, CA., and serves as Chairman Emeritus of the Annenberg Center for Health Sciences. He and his wife Stacey contributed to the establishment of The Renker Wellness Center on the Eisenhower Campus as well as The Greg & Stacey Renker Pavilion, a cutting-edge 24-suite luxury in-patient facility.
He resides in Indian Wells, CA with his wife Stacey and three sons.
