In February, Guthy|Renker spun off OceanX, a technology platform company delivering a turnkey solution for selling physical goods direct through subscriptions and memberships. OceanX’s all-in-one commerce platform enables great brands and companies, including Guthy|Renker, to sell goods direct to consumer while providing real-time data and deep customer insights.
In May, The Proactiv Company was formed as a joint venture between Guthy|Renker and Nestlé Skin Health, which has the controlling interest. The Proactiv Company joins Nestlé Skin Health’s scientific expertise with Guthy|Renker’s consumer insights and digital expertise, with the goal of growing the Proactiv and X-Out brands in new channels and markets globally.
