Director of Treasury (Palm Desert location)
This position is responsible for the direction and management of all aspects of banking and cash management.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage all treasury activities
- Monitor and recommend changes to interest rate and currency risk management strategies
- Responsible for global cash flow reporting and forecasting
- Manage banking relationships and relationships with other key service providers
- Monitor/negotiate banking fees and expenses from time to time
- Oversee and manage daily cash flow
- Keep up to date and inform the business of any changes in banking regulations
- Provide treasury and financial market expertise to other internal departments as necessary
- Prepare reports including commentary
- Lead and manage special projects
- Develop and implement global treasury strategies to maximize working capital and profitability

Finance Manager (Santa Monica location)
This position will provide support to Finance, Marketing, and Operations management through information analyses (e.g. current processes, actual performance vs. budget and prior year, reforecasts, budget, etc.), preparation of operational data/analyses for publication to various constituents throughout company (Management, Sales, Product Management, Operations, etc.) who rely on/benefit from the information to make informed business decisions. Perform monthly reconciliation of advertising spend and accrual between Acquisition Marketing reports and general ledger. Analyze and report on trends for key marketing metrics and variances to budget and forecasts. Compile and manage inputs from various marketing departments for annual budget and periodic forecasts across various advertising channel including (DRTV, Web, Direct Mail, Print, Catalog). Primary responsibilities consist of budgeting and forecasting, monthly variance reporting, monthly review of marketing spend with controllership, trend analysis of marketing efficiency trends.
The individual in this role will collaborate with Operations group through information analyses (e.g. current processes, actual performance vs. budget and prior year, reforecasts, budget, etc.), preparation of operational data/analyses for publication to various constituents throughout company (Management, Sales, Product Management, Operations, etc.) who rely on/benefit from the information to make informed business decisions. Primary responsibilities will include analysis of operations performance, identification of areas for operational improvements, annual budget process, periodic forecasting.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly analysis of advertising expenses, cost of goods sold and operational expenses against prior year and budget, providing explanations and business solutions to help mitigate unfavorable variances.
- Analyze financial performance against key business metrics and document pertinent financial highlights that will enable management to determine progress against business plans and budgets.
- Prepare reforecasts as necessary to provide management with projected year-end results. Determine significant variances from budget and provide explanations.
- Develop and produce regular reports for management pertaining to current key business performance indicators

- Manage and prioritize multiple tasks with a strong orientation toward project leadership, sound judgment, and critical thinking
- Other special projects under the CFO and Vice President’s responsibilities
- Perform all other duties as assigned and required

Requirements:

Packaging Engineer (Santa Monica location)
This position is responsible for developing, implementing and testing package designs for the Global Package Development department.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develops and implements risk mitigation plans for the qualification of Global packaging suppliers and contract fillers by identifying potential constraints with packaging and production processes, capacities and other associated risks.
- Analyzes and solves issues with packaging and production processes and shares findings, potential solutions and timing with impacted business units.
- Responsible for generating product samples and mockups for all new packaging components in development.
- Responsible for the approval of Engineering Drawings, Specifications Packets (components, filled goods and assembled kits) and Blue Prints for all new and duplicate molds and tooling.
- Works closely with the Technology Team to review all package compatibility test results.
- Conducts drop tests, vibrations test, smear tests, dispense tests and other applicable tests to insure primary and secondary package integrity.
- Reviews and approves artwork and finished product specifications.
- Responsible for the execution of CQV (Commissioning, Qualification and Verification) process for all new packaging components on assigned brands.
- Responsible for the approval of color and quality standards for packaging components and filled goods.
- Identifies, qualifies and implements emerging packaging technologies to improve product’s perceived value, performance and cost.
- Responsible for defining filled goods specifications, including capacity, headspace requirements, filling process tolerances, and final package weight claim.
- Manages all on–site inspections for first article runs, based on approved standards.
- Generates and maintains weekly packaging development updates with Package Development Managers.
- Develops test methods for measuring critical packaging parameters.
- Manages complex projects and delivers innovative packaging solutions within the appropriate timelines
- Assists Quality Department in managing packaging-related quality issues.

QA Associate, Compliance & Systems (Santa Monica location)
This position is responsible for the day to day operational activities for the company’s Quality Assurance functions. The candidate is this role should have comprehensive knowledge of master batch record review/approval, development/approval of product specifications, conduct/approval of deviations and investigations, Change Control and final product disposition. This role is responsible for internal compliance, handling all consumer complaints investigations and other GMP activities to assure all marketed products are in compliance with the regulations. Track and monitor all QA report activities through quality indicating metrics. Maintain all QA documentation files and reports.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Reviews / Investigates all Consumer Complaints
- Collates APR element data and summarizes in reports for all CMO manufactured products
- Supports cGMP training program to ensure compliance with CFR 21 regulations
- Writes/ Revises / manages QA SOPs
- Provide support to Development project teams to assure that the development of new products meets Quality system requirements
- Assures that all appropriate procedures are followed internally
- Reviews and approves protocols and reports related to process, analytical method, packaging validations, stability, and all other standards

Requirements:
